Recently visited after long working hours and had a great experience. The spa ambience is calm and very relaxing. I took the Aromatherapy massage with a choice of oils lavender was my personal favourite and it was excellent. Highly recommended for corporate professionals in Hyderabad looking for a good spa to relax and destress. The spa is very close to Hitec City, which makes it very convenient. I have visited multiple spas before, but this one stands out for its hygiene and cleanliness. I was having very bad back and neck pain, and my therapist Ms. Anu was very good and professional. Probably the only spa in Hyderabad that consistently maintains top hygiene and quality standards. 4. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, so plan accordingly. 5. They take only a limited number of appointments a day which keeps it peaceful and never crowded. 6. Their café has a lovely collection of herbal teas very refreshing. 7. Therapists are well-trained, polite, and professional. 8. Their body scrubs are amazing a must-try! 9. Always take a prior appointment. If you book a 90-minute session, you also get a complimentary premium herbal tea. Their overall standards are impressive. Final word: The best spa in Madhapur, Hyderabad. This place truly lives up to the reviews! Had a great time at Lemongrass Spa & Café. The staff were welcoming, the ambiance was peaceful, and the whole experience felt premium. After the spa session, I was offered a complimentary drink, which was such a thoughtful gesture. They maintain really high standards clean, spacious shower rooms, fresh linen, and quality products throughout. The only small issue was with parking, but honestly, it didn’t take away from the experience. Such an excellent place. Very calm. One step inside the spa and it’s like you’ve entered another world of calmness due to its ambience. I was just going to visit and decide, but ended up booking a slot immediately due to the vibe there. The massage was also excellent as I expected, focused on my problems with joints and the place is extremely hygienic. Got a coffee after the massage, felt really good as I did some pen and paper work while having coffee there. This was after a long day at work and I slept well that day. ~ V M
